Service Description

40 years ago, the Lindow Man, a preserved bog body, was discovered just 10 miles from Macclesfield, and became world-famous. A bronze bust of the recreation of the 2000-year-old Celtic male’s head was gifted to Macclesfield Museums in 1987, and it is this fascinating copy of an interpretation of preserved human, living in Cheshire during the Roman occupation, that we will draw, in a unique opportunity to view the bronze bust up close and practice drawing techniques. This workshop is for all abilities, and is designed for both complete beginners, nervous returners and professional artists.
